Haneya Routing Optimization

Haneya currently relies on separate Spectrum and Esri tools, creating duplicate licensing costs, manual processes, and scalability challenges. We propose a unified ArcGIS-based platform powered by Apache Airflow and an enterprise Geodatabase to automate address validation, geocoding, map maintenance, routing, and vehicle optimization in a single end-to-end solution.By leveraging ArcGIS Server, Data Reviewer, Composite Locator, and GeoGig, PCF can replace Spectrum's address cleansing, standardization, and validation functions while maintaining USPS and Canada Post compliance. The platform supports postal-grade geocoding, automated workflows, version-controlled map updates, and advanced routing optimization. The implementation follows a three-phase approach: license and data assessment, Airflow-driven pipeline deployment, and operational onboarding with training and support.Designed for enterprise scale, the solution can process 250,000–300,000 subscriber addresses daily, optimize delivery routes for up to 250,000 stops, achieve 99.9% availability, and scale beyond future growth requirements. In addition to eliminating Spectrum licensing costs, the platform improves data quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and exception management through a React-based dashboard.
