Our solutions consultants 10 years of experience develop salesforce compensation apps using Optymyze platform features. Optymyze works in Sales Performance management domain (SPM). Our Solution consultants focus is on understanding and analyzing business requirement, produce a solution and create apps as solution using Optymyze. Manage the product backlog – prepare, refine, prioritize, and create user stories, acceptance criteria.

  • Responsible for preparing product roadmap, planning product release, identification of release candidates, and related communication to internal/external stakeholders including release notes.
  • Regular assessment and prioritization of enhancement requests and defects
  • Maintain backlog to ensure work for all the team members perpetually.
  • Participate and contribute in UX design discussions to finalize the UI design.
  • Demonstrate and present developed features, prototypes to the customers, end users.
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of solutions, via Agile methodology.
  • Manage releases covering planning, implementation, delivery, tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
