- Recruiting Solutions – Configured the RBP Design for Recruiting and Onboarding for US, International.
- Talent Solutions (Onboarding, Performance and Goals). Solution Research from initial to development and release
- Mapping client’s requirements and providing them best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements; holding review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.
- Worked on SAP R/3 ECC 6.0, 5.0, 4.7 versions, HCM Sub Modules of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Time Management & Payroll.
- Customized Human Resource sub – Modules (Organizational Management, Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll and Benefits) and its functionality as per the business process requirements.
- Blueprint Preparation, Requirement Gather workshops, solution Design.
- Strong hands on experience in Enterprise Architecture, applications, integration and system design.
- Hands on Experience in the solution design and Business requirement study for Success Factors cloud based SAP HR system with downstream systems.
- In-depth knowledge of implementation and configuration and support of Employee Central Module with the experience of the more than 3 projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors full life cycle implementation experience includes Employee Central Configuration, Generic, Foundation and MDF objects, RBP, Business Rules, Workflow, Position Management, Time Off, Leave of Absences, Ad-hoc Reports.
- Worked on SAP HR sub modules Payroll, time management, personnel administration and Organization Management.
- Well versed with the SuccessFactors: Cloud based Core- HR and Talent management solution on Employee Central Specialization.
- Experience of creation of Goal Management and Performance Management (PMGM) templates.
- Working experience on designing templates for Goal and Performance Management.
- Creating a Route Map and associating them with performance templates.
- Experience on creation of Goals in Goal template, various validations through XML, Group Goal and Team Goal configuration through instance and provisioning system.
- Experience on creating rating scales, Route Map setup, competencies like core competencies, role specific competencies, job families, role, mapping with the job code, uploading the UDF.
- Working experience on different admin tools as well as admin activities etc.
- Experience on setting up the Role based permission.
- Experience on the configuration process of Calibration, 360 performances Review and Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
- Professional experience into SAP (Success-Factors & SAP HCM on premise) Employee central with an understanding of both functional SAP HCM On-Premise module as well as an expertise on SuccessFactors Employee central and integration process.
Have done full end to end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee central and good exposure into Asap Methodology for SAP HCM On-premise.
- Strong documentation skills accompanied with excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in building test cases, parallel testing and problem resolution.
