Visionsoft is a leading service provider of Consumer Marketing  and Campaign capabilities to enable Consumer Marketing  Campaigns and Consumer digitization using Adobe Technology Stack. For many corporations, Consumer Marketing and Promotions is a way forward after spending millions of $ in the Supply Chain (SCM) space while trying to capture ROI from SCM and making it a compelling argument in the CFO office. Hence, the focus is shifted to Consumer facing processes: Consumer Shopping, Consumer Marketing, Consumer Campaigns, Coupons, Omni-channeling, Consumer Care, Margin optimization, and Consumer Rebates & Chargebacks. Companies are looking at improving efficiencies and flexing themselves while leveraging consumer digitization, Adobe, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

Our team of consultants have led Consumer Marketing  Campaigns, and Coupons projects that deliver key consumer insights. They are in charge of special advanced analytics / optimization models to predict sales response to pricing and other Consumer Marketing  variables. We also led data mining projects and advanced analysis that reveal margin leakage along with Measure margin response to Consumer Marketing  activities, Coupons, Promotions & Pricing strategies. We Developed optimal Consumer Marketing  / Coupon strategies by preparing pricing analysis of both, internal info and external data (research insights provided by analytical tools such as Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager. Further, we are experienced on Adobe tools such as Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Experience Manager. Also worked on multiple projects like Multitenancy with campaign, campaign channels and excelled in Adobe Campaign Classic Tool and Adobe Consumer Marketing  cloud tools.

As a team, we have delivered following capabilities and compelling value to our clients:

    • Provided Project Management leadership and guidance for several Adobe Projects and Campaign initiatives from Strategy to Design to Delivery.
    • As Campaign Developers worked on Adobe Campaign Classic Tool which involves in writing code in JavaScript, Html and also using Adobe Consumer Marketing  cloud tools like AEM(Using created Templates).
    • Worked on Multiple Projects in Consumer Goods companies including Auto Manufacturers & Dealers  in Multitenant-Environment in Single ACM with Europe Clients and also New Platform setup for Business – Adobe campaign environment so that it can interact with existing Client applications on UI and with micro services. Experience on Customizing ACM tool to achieve business requirements within a time frame.
    • Implemented DPP Process using Process Flow Diagrams, Adobe, Activity Diagrams, CRM and SFDC, MS Visio, Trouble shooting and Testing
    • Designed  and maintained RBDS / DPP Digital Marketing Platform and Process Documentation
    • Implemented offer Set up, Coordination of  DPP linking, Offer Redemption using Adobe, CRM, SFDC, MS Visio, Trouble Shooting, and Testing with key tasks below:
      • Creation of offers
      • Creations of Mail files / workflows
      • Creation of new brands
      • Creation of needed components in Adobe for launching a campaign and real time emails
      • Created a template approach for creating process and work instructions
      • Developed a centralized repository for storing of the documentation
      • Interviewed key stakeholders
      • Developed an audit process for the review of the process and procedures
      • Developed Process maps for a graphic representation of the relationships between steps, inputs, and outputs

      • Communicated with Finance and brands for budgeting forecast
      • Setup of 8 branded unique offers by retail chain in adobe
      • Tested / coordinated the DPP linking ( L1 code embedded in the URL ) in a UAT environment
      • Tested / coordinated the DPP linking / offer redemption in production
      • Reviewed redemption data for two weeks after go live
      • Troubleshooted break / fix of links and offers
      • Providing Application Support for DPP platform
    • Developed custom AEM Reusable components, Widgets, Templates on top of JCR (Java Content Repository) and Apache Sling (A REST based web development framework on top of JCR), CRX (Adobe commercial JCR Implementation), and AEM (Adobe latest suite of WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration applications).
    • Deployed Adobe development stack and interconnect development driven activities for business needs.
    • Developed a Webapp in Campaign for Preview which makes easily available for Business.
    • Worked on Adobe Campaign Direct Mails, Email and SMS push notifications also did a POC on how to setup Target, Analytics URL in Campaign email.
    • Experienced with huge volumes of data with million records of Data from External Source like Teradata/Hadoop. Writing SQL scripts in Campaign to make Data efficiency.
    • Experienced in using Adobe Experience manager capabilities for creating sharing and deploying templates on regional requirements around the globe.
    • Involved in making API calls to Adobe Campaign from Dealer UI.
    • In general troubleshooting, debugging and developing the environment for integrating and validating Adobe tools for the business specific requirements.
    • Involved in code review for deployment tools.
    • Using Agile methodology and have experience in Creating and maintaining user stories/ tasks in rally to measure feature progression within PI commitment.
    • Acted as a liaison between experts and the client to ensure standards were met, while tracking all project requirements and maintaining appropriate documentation.
    • Served as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with Consumer Marketing automation and Coupon systems.
    • Advised on best practices with regard to Consumer Marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results.
