Anji G Reddy is a thought leader with 25 + years of experience in delivering technology solutions across industries. Anji Reddy is a globally recognized domain expert in SAP, HANA, Data Management, and Salesforce across industry verticals: Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Food Distribution & Media industry. He is the founder of Haneya, DMAG, HANELytics, Curatum and VSe-Commerce for Robotic S/4 HANA Migration, Seamless Data Management, & Customer Digitization.

Prior to joining Visionsoft, as a lead SAP partner at IBM, Anji led SAP, SuccessFactors, McCaas and Tririga Engagements and has been instrumental in the acquisition and delivery for several Fortune 100 Clients. Further, during his career Anji has donned the mantle of a leader, visionary, mentor and has led
Head of IT at the New York Times for its distribution division (PCF), Global Process Leader at Johnson & Johnson, senior positions at Deloitte for various clients, and as a Business Unit Head at Illinois Tool Works (ITW).

He holds Master’s Degree in General Management from Harvard University, PGDIE(MBA) from NITIE Bombay, and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Ravi Kiran US

AsPac Operations Head
U.S.Ravi Kiran is the Operations Head of People for Visionsoft. He has more than 12 Years’ experience in Operations for several global MNC including Genpact, TATA Consultancy, Infosys, CMA-CGM and Hewlett Packard. Mr Ravi Kiran leads the organization’s people department, which includes recruitment initiatives, leadership development, Client Engagement, employee relations, benefits plan and compensation.

Credentials:
He earned a B.com degree from Madras University and Pursuing the Cost Management Accounts. He is certified in Seal and Lean.

Madhu G Reddy

Partner
Madhu has 15 years of Business/IT experience as a cMat, DSP, Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Migration specialist. Madhu is a Certified Consultant in Master Data Management leveraging BackOffice Methodologies using DSP (Data Stewardship Platform) and CranSoft Tools. Provided innovative data solutions and a proven methodology for enterprises struggling to manage their master data.She has a variety of industry experience including Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Business, IT services, Advertising, and Distribution.
She worked with and for Fortune 500 companies, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, SAB Miller, Eli Lilly, Siemens, Ogilvy& Mather, Computer Associates, and BackOffice Associates. Great team player, passion for data, always interested in newest technologies and willingness to learn.
Madhu holds M.S in Management Information Systems, Strayer University, USA & B. S in Business Information Systems.

Sandeep Sahdev

Visionsoft EMEA Practice Lead
Joining in December 2020 as Practice Lead, Sandeep Sahdev is the Head of all Technology and Operations activities in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions for Visionsoft. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge applying industry best practice around people and processes to improve organisational efficiencies and strategic goals.

Prior to joining Visionsoft, Sandeep worked internationally in Singapore and Qatar where he provided leadership for Barclays Capital, Bank of America and Imperial College of London, Qatar Foundation.

Sandeep is a graduate from the University of Westminster, London, where he earned a Bachelor of Science with honours in Computer Communications & Networking.

Bhoomika Shah

Client Engagement Manager
Bhoomika is an Engagement Expert, having worked in similar roles in tech companies across industries and geographies, she now manages all Client relations for Visionsoft in Canada. She aims to strengthen relations with existing clients & onboard new ones. She is responsible for sales & delivery of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft & consultancy solutions to Visionsoft’s client base. She also engages with Partners in long term relations and explore opportunities in SAP & Salesforce domain. She holds a degree in Business Management with specialization in Marketing from Mumbai University.

Jesus David

Visionsoft Latam Practice Lead
Jesus has 7+ years of experience in the IT industry expertise in SAP Basis /Solution Manager / SAP HANA / SAP HANA S/4 Installation, administration and configuration / BO-BI / SAP Mobile Platform / SRM / CRM / PI-PO / IDM and Security Administration with core strength in all aspects of system and database administration. Expiring in HANA Installation.Prior to VisionSoft, he was founder of JD Technologies Ltd.

Jesus holds MBA from IESA and B.S in Engineering from Universidad Centro Occidental 'Lisandro Alvarado'.

Jugagni Chakrabarti

US Market Lead
Experienced Customer Engagement Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Client Service and Delivery. At Visionsoft, she is accountable for managing the sales of SAP engagements of S4 Hana migration, DMAG tool, and consulting opportunities of onboarded clients for the present projects. In addition, she is responsible for developing the Salesforce client engagements and bringing in new business. She also manages events and partners across USA. Prior to Visionsoft, she has led Customer Development Engagements at HCL, Redington India, JMR infotech & Avankia. She holds B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
