HANEYA Routing Optimization is an enterprise GIS automation solution built for logistics and distribution teams that need always-available routing services (dispatching, nearest facility resolution, and optimized multi-vehicle routing). Instead of maintaining routing as a one-time setup, it operationalizes the process as a repeatable pipeline that can be executed whenever maps, restrictions, plants/depots, locator inputs, or environments change—helping reduce manual effort and errors, speed up updates, and keep operations audit-ready with run visibility and traceability.

Technically, the solution includes Automatic Network Creator (ANC), which automates the full lifecycle from data extraction → network dataset/locator creation → publishing and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise services (Route, Closest Facility, VRP). Operators trigger runs from a UI, a central manager orchestrates the workflow through dedicated step services, and execution is tracked in a relational database with run history, statuses, and logs; the system is also configuration-driven (map/plant/environment settings), validates licenses before ArcPy work, can resume from a failed step, and publishes services via REST endpoints for easy consumption by web/mobile apps, ERP, and planning systems.
