We performed the Gap Analysis on Identity and Access Management implementation for a Fortune 100 client. Gap Analysis and recommendations were positively received by the client. Client created the program initiatives to implement the recommendation. Then, we Led the architecture and successful implementation of the recommendations and end to end implementation of IDM solutions.

We also implemented the High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solution for Identity and Access Management supporting the user base of 50K+ users and provisioning/de-provisioning and Role Based Access Control to Physical Badge, Financial Applications, Power Generation and Power distribution, Remote Access Unix and DB systems. We also streamlined Audit and Attestation processes to mitigate the internal and external Audit findings with Access Control. We have architected and implemented the Reporting analytics for identity and Access Management System

Our implementation roadmap typically reflects a preliminary project schedule of 4 to 5 months to effectively implement an Oracle OIG system as a fully configurable system, enabling users with automated support for specified technical and business rules.
