OUTSOURCE DELIVERY MODEL

Our methodology comprises of various phases of solution support delivery. During project preparation phase our expert and thought leaders will provide insight into the delivery framework, help with business case development, delivery hours of operation. During blueprinting we will identify the requirements, communication set-up, infrastructure set-up by bringing in experts on the client site. During execution phase, one of our senior expert outsource resource will be on constant touch with client site from US and could be reached during client hours and can be made available as and when necessary.

OFFSHORE DELIVERY CENTER
Our offshore delivery centers are based out of Hyderabad and Mumbai in the heart of software development zone.Currently we provide offshore services in the areas of SAP system maintenance, SAP basis services, IT service desk and IT infrastructure areas.

NEARSHORE DELIVERY CENTER
Our nearshore delivery center is based out of Sanjose, Costa Rica.Currently we provide nearshore services in the areas of SAP CRM application support, Service center help desk, SAP ABAP, XI, Portal and BI technical support services.
